    Wild Nutrition

Food-grown nutrients, formulated around women's life stages

    Our independent take

    What we think

Wild Nutrition's formulations are built around life stage rather than symptom, which is the right way round. Their food-grown format is gentler on an empty stomach than isolated minerals, and the labels state elemental amounts. It is expensive for what it delivers, and several of their multi-ingredient blends contain botanicals at doses well below the ones that were trialled.

    Background

    About Wild Nutrition

A British supplement company founded by nutritional therapist Henrietta Norton, built around 'food-grown' nutrients cultured into a food matrix rather than sold as isolated compounds. Their range is organised by life stage: cycle, fertility, perimenopause, menopause and beyond.

We hold no partnership or affiliate arrangement with Wild Nutrition. No brand pays for position on this site. If your symptoms are disrupting daily life, start with our free check-in rather than a supplement.
