    A writing coach, not a ghostwriter

    As you write, you get a live quality score and the specific things that would improve it most: a pay range instead of "competitive", a real location, what the week actually looks like. It suggests sharper wording you can accept or reject line by line. It never invents a salary, a benefit or a claim about your business, because those are yours to state.

    Yes. Posting a role and building a company page on Clarity Clinic are free. There is no listing fee, no referral fee and no charge when you hire.
    Who sees my advert?
    Anyone reading Clarity Clinic, and anyone searching for that role in Google. Approved adverts sit on the live roles board alongside every other opportunity and have their own page.
    Does Clarity Clinic employ the people I hire?
    No. Clarity Clinic lists your opportunity and introduces candidates to you. You are the employer, you make the decisions, and you hold the relationship with whoever you hire.
    How long does review take?
    A person at Clarity reads everything before it goes live. If something is missing we tell you exactly what, rather than declining it quietly.
    Can I post more than one role?
    Yes, as many as you are genuinely recruiting for. They all sit on your company page together.
