    Wild Nutrition Endo Support

    Our verdict

The individual nutrients here are reasonable, but no supplement treats endometriosis and nothing in this blend changes lesions or disease progression. Treat it as nutritional support alongside gynaecology care, not instead of it.

    Pros

    • +Sensible base nutrients

    Cons

    • -No supplement treats endometriosis
    • -Botanicals below trial doses

    Evidence

Magnesium has reasonable evidence for sleep quality and muscle cramps, and glycinate is the form best tolerated by the gut. It is not a treatment for anxiety or hormonal symptoms. Omega-3 has good evidence for triglycerides and reasonable evidence for period pain at higher EPA and DHA doses. The dose that matters is the EPA and DHA figure, not the oil weight. B6 has some evidence for premenstrual symptoms at 50 to 100mg daily. Sustained high doses can cause nerve damage.

    Best for

    • · Nutritional support alongside specialist care

    Not for

    • · Anyone expecting it to treat hormonal symptoms directly
    • · Anyone buying on capsule count rather than EPA and DHA content
