    Complaints

Tell us, and we will deal with it.

If something has gone wrong we would rather hear it than not. Where the concern is clinical it belongs with the clinician and their regulator, and we will say so plainly - but anything about this site, a listing or your data is ours to fix.

    01 - Where it goes

    Different concerns, different routes.

    01

    About your care

If your concern is about a consultation, treatment or clinical decision, raise it with the clinician first. They hold the clinical record and their own complaints process. If that does not resolve it, their professional regulator can take it further.
    02

    About a listing

If a profile on this site looks inaccurate, out of date or misleading, tell us. We will check it against what the clinician gave us and correct or remove it.
    03

    About Clarity Clinic

If something we published, said or did is wrong - copy, a recommendation, an email, the way we handled your details - write to us and we will look at it properly.
    04

    About your data

You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the data request page and we will handle it under UK GDPR.
    02 - What happens next

    Four steps, no runaround.

    1. 01Email us with what happened and what you would like us to do.
    2. 02We acknowledge your message and tell you who is looking at it.
    3. 03We look into it, ask you for anything we are missing, and tell you what we found.
    4. 04If we were wrong, we say so, correct it, and explain what changes.

Clarity Clinic does not provide clinical care, so we cannot investigate a clinical decision or overturn one. What we can do is act on what we learn: if a concern changes our view of someone's work, we stop recommending them.

    03 - Urgent help

This page is not for emergencies. If you or someone else is at immediate risk, call 999, or see our crisis support page for urgent options.
