Psychotherapist, women's therapy service
Associate psychotherapy hours with referrals, scheduling and billing handled for you.
The short version
A remote associate psychotherapist role paying £55 to £75 an hour. We provide the referrals, scheduling and billing; you provide the therapy. UKCP, BACP or BABCP accreditation required, from five hours a week.

Why this role exists
Good therapists spend a third of their week on marketing and invoices. We take that back so the hours you work are clinical hours, and clients reach you already matched to your modality.
Who you would be looking after
Women aged 25 to 60 seeking therapy for anxiety, low mood, hormonal transitions, relationship change and trauma.
A day in the diary
- Sessions in blocks you set yourself, with no minimum days
- Matched referrals arrive with an intake summary already written
- Monthly optional group case discussion
- No unpaid admin: notes time is factored into the hourly rate
What the work involves
- Deliver individual therapy in your accredited modality
- Write concise session notes in our secure record
- Flag risk early using our escalation route to the clinical lead
- Refer into medical or nutrition pathways where therapy alone is not enough
What we ask for
- Accreditation with UKCP, BACP or BABCP
- At least 450 post-qualification client hours
- Own professional indemnity insurance
- Enhanced DBS, which we can arrange
What you get
- A steady flow of matched referrals
- All scheduling, reminders and payment handled
- Free access to our CPD sessions on women's health
What this pays, and why
Independent therapists in the UK typically charge £50 to £80 an hour and lose 20 to 30 per cent of their week to unpaid admin and gaps. Our rate is net of all admin, so the effective hourly is usually higher.

How hiring works here
- You send your details. No agency screening call before anyone clinical has read them.
- A clinician from the relevant pathway calls you within five working days.
- A working conversation about how you would handle two real cases.
- Registration and references checked, then a start date that works around your existing commitments.

No. Referrals come from our matching service, so you can start with as few as five hours a week and grow.
Are the sessions online only?
Yes for this role. In-person associate hours in London are a separate posting.
When do I get paid?
Monthly, on a self-billing invoice we generate from your completed sessions, so you never chase a client for payment.
