What life coachs do at Clarity Clinic
Life coaches at Clarity Clinic partner with clients across 6–12 session arcs to build clarity, momentum and accountability. The work is structured, goal-led and grounded in evidence-based coaching frameworks (GROW, ICF core competencies, behaviour change models).
Who we're looking for
- ICF, EMCC or AC accredited coaches at PCC level or above (or working toward it)
- Coaches with a clear niche - career, transition, performance, founders, leadership
- Strong contracting, ethics and supervision discipline
- Comfortable with remote-first delivery
Qualifications and registration
- Accredited coach training (ICF / EMCC / AC) - minimum 60 hours
- Minimum 250 paid coaching hours
- Active coaching supervision (monthly)
- Professional indemnity insurance
Responsibilities
- Deliver structured 6–12 session coaching engagements
- Define measurable success criteria with each client at intake
- Maintain confidential session notes and progress reviews
- Refer to clinical specialists when presentation moves beyond coaching scope

Frequently asked questions
Do you take coaches without ICF accreditation?
Occasionally, where equivalent training and significant supervised hours can be evidenced. Accreditation toward ICF PCC is expected within 12 months.
Can I keep my private practice clients?
Yes - Clarity Clinic is non-exclusive. Many coaches use us as one of two or three referral channels.
