I am an ADHD nurse practitioner and ADHD coach offering individualised support for women who suspect they have ADHD or are diagnosed. I have extensive knowledge of the impact hormones play within ADHD and can provide support to manage executive function that can be even more impaired at times of extreme hormonal changes.
