How hiring works here
- You send your details. No agency screening call before anyone clinical has read them.

- Registration and references checked, then a start date that works around your existing commitments.
Questions clinicians ask about this role
Is this therapy?
No, and the distinction matters to us. Where a woman needs therapy we move her across to our psychology team.
Do I need menopause training?
Not to start. We provide a menopause at work module in your first month and it is paid.
How many clients would I get?
Typically four to ten hours a week within the first two months, and you set the ceiling.
