    Why this role exists

Women in perimenopause are sold protocols and supplement stacks by the internet daily. We wanted a nutrition service that says no to most of it and works on the few things with evidence behind them.

Who you would be looking after

Women aged 30 to 60 with perimenopausal weight and energy change, PCOS, cycle-linked symptoms and gut complaints.

    A day in the diary

    • Sixty minute first consultations, thirty minute reviews
    • Sessions in blocks you choose, from four hours a week
    • Shared plans with our GPs where medication interacts with diet
    • Monthly optional evidence review session with the team

    What the work involves

    • Take a full dietary and symptom history and set realistic changes
    • Work within the evidence, declining tests and supplements that lack it
    • Coordinate with the woman's GP or our clinicians where relevant
    • Write a plain English plan she can actually follow that week

    What we ask for

    • BANT or AfN registration, or HCPC dietitian registration
    • At least two years of practice with women's hormonal health
    • Own professional indemnity insurance
    • Willingness to work without supplement commission, which we do not permit

    What you get

    • Matched referrals, scheduling and billing handled
    • No sales targets and no product commission
    • Access to our CPD sessions on menopause and metabolic health

    What this pays, and why

Private nutritional therapy in the UK typically bills £60 to £120 per session with the practitioner absorbing admin, no-shows and marketing. Our rate is paid per delivered hour with none of that overhead.

    How hiring works here

    1. You send your details. No agency screening call before anyone clinical has read them.
    2. A clinician from the relevant pathway calls you within five working days.
    3. A working conversation about how you would handle two real cases.
    4. Registration and references checked, then a start date that works around your existing commitments.

Questions clinicians ask about this role

    Can I recommend supplements?

Yes where the evidence supports it, but we take no commission and nor can you. Recommendations must be justifiable in the record.

    Do you provide the clients?

Yes, through our matching service, with an intake summary before the first session.

    Is functional testing allowed?

Only tests with a defensible evidence base and a clear action attached. We review the list quarterly with our medical team.
