    Why this role exists

Women's health apps are full of features nobody asked for and short on the things that change outcomes. This role exists to hold that line with evidence rather than opinion.

Who you would be looking after

You work with women aged 30 to 60 in research sessions, plus our clinicians as internal users of the same tools.

    A day in the diary

    • Weekly research calls with women using the product
    • Discovery and delivery cycles with engineering and design
    • Clinical safety review with the clinical safety officer
    • Outcome and funnel review against agreed measures

    What the work involves

    • Own the roadmap for symptom tracking, matching and care plans
    • Run continuous discovery with women and clinicians
    • Work inside clinical safety processes rather than around them
    • Define success as clinical outcome and completion, not vanity engagement

    What we ask for

    • Product management experience, ideally in health or a regulated field
    • Comfort with clinical language and clinician stakeholders
    • Evidence of shipping and measuring, not only planning
    • Interest in women's health that predates this job advert

    What you get

    • Fully remote with quarterly team weeks
    • Direct access to clinicians and patients for research
    • Pension, 33 days leave including bank holidays, and a learning budget

    What this pays, and why

UK health tech product manager salaries typically run £65,000 to £85,000 outside London, higher inside. Our band is set for national remote hiring rather than London-only.

    How hiring works here

    1. You send your details. No agency screening call before anyone clinical has read them.
    2. A clinician from the relevant pathway calls you within five working days.
    3. A working conversation about how you would handle two real cases.
    4. Registration and references checked, then a start date that works around your existing commitments.

Questions clinicians ask about this role

    Do I need clinical experience?

No, but you need to be comfortable being challenged by clinicians and to read the evidence rather than paraphrase it.

Is this a delivery or discovery role?

Both. Discovery is roughly half the week and you own the outcome, not the ticket count.

    How large is the team?

You would work with four engineers, a designer and the clinical safety officer.
